Portal Audit

Portal Audit is a read-only health check for your HubSpot account. It reviews how your portal is set up and how clean your data is, then gives you a scored report and a prioritized fix plan.

What the audit covers

• Data model: properties per object, unused and duplicate-looking properties, custom objects, association labels.
• Pipelines: deal and ticket pipelines and stages.
• Data quality: how complete the key fields on contacts, companies, deals and tickets are (counts only).
• People and access: owners, users, roles, super admins, teams, inactive users.
• Marketing and automation: segments (lists), forms, marketing emails, workflows (if your plan includes them).
• Security and limits: login and security activity, audit-log summary, account limits.

What it never does

• It never creates, changes or deletes anything in your HubSpot account. Every request is checked against a read-only allowlist before it is sent.
• It does not copy your contact, company or deal records. Data-quality checks use counts.
• It does not send emails, enroll records in workflows or change settings.
