Automated HubSpot health checks, alerts and catalog fixes. Software, not services.
Portal Audit scores how your HubSpot account is set up and how clean your data is. The paid plans keep checking it on a schedule, watch your credits and seats, and (on Guard and Assist) fix common data problems automatically from a published catalog. The audit itself runs automatically. Credit and seat reports need a usage file you upload from HubSpot, and fixes need the Portal Fixer app, which your Super Admin installs (details below).
Start with a free audit
- One free automated audit per HubSpot portal. No payment details needed.
- The audit never changes anything in your HubSpot account. Fixes are optional, separate and capped, and only come with Guard and Assist.
- You get a scored report and a prioritized fix plan.
- To install, you need to be a Super Admin or have App Marketplace Access in the HubSpot account.

What each plan adds
- Pulse keeps watch. The free audit is a one-time snapshot; Pulse repeats it every month with a trend, adds Credit & Seat Watch (from the usage file you upload from HubSpot's Credits tab, with threshold alerts), a monthly digest of new HubSpot betas for your hubs and edition, and the PDF report by email. Pulse never changes your data.
- Guard (plus a $99 one-time onboarding charge) runs the audit weekly, sends same-day seat alerts, and fixes common data problems from the published Fix Catalog: up to 500 records a month and 5 catalog fix requests. Every change is read back to confirm it and logged, and the monthly report includes the fix log.
- Assist (plus a $299 one-time onboarding charge) adds daily critical checks, up to 2,000 records and 15 fix requests a month, a quarterly memo on HubSpot credit packs vs. pay-as-you-go, and an AI assistant your team can talk to. A setup wizard connects the assistant (Grok by default) to your HubSpot account with each user's own permissions, and it ships with a standard 8-skill pack. The assistant runs in your own AI account.
Annual plans
Pay 12 months upfront and get 2 months free: annual plans are 10× the monthly price ($1,000, $2,500 or $5,000 a year).
Onboarding charges
Guard ($99) and Assist ($299) have a one-time, automated onboarding charge, paid once at checkout on monthly and annual plans. It covers the self-serve setup wizard: installing the Portal Fixer app, choosing catalog items and, on Assist, setting up the AI assistant. It is not an onboarding project or a call.
Paid plans: checkout
Self-serve checkout is not open yet, and automated fixes on Guard and Assist start only after the Fix Catalog is published at /docs. Start with the free audit; paid plans will be available here when checkout opens. Nothing is provisioned until payment is received.
What this is not
Portal Audit is software. No plan includes professional services: no implementation or onboarding projects, custom builds, data migration, consulting, strategy, training sessions, calls, or hourly or retainer work in your HubSpot account. Automated fixes cover published Fix Catalog items only. We never turn on HubSpot betas for you; you opt in yourself.
If you need hands-on HubSpot work, an independent HubSpot Solutions Partner can help. You can find one in HubSpot's Solutions Directory.
The fine print
- How fixes are authorized. Fixes run through Portal Fixer, a separate HubSpot app your Super Admin installs. Each change set needs your approval before it runs, and changes only run for catalog items you enable, within each item's limits and your plan's monthly record cap. The Service never deletes or merges records, changes billing, seats, users or permissions, installs apps, or turns on workflows or emails.
- Your own seats. You keep paying for your own HubSpot seats and your own AI assistant seats; they are not included in any plan.
- Billing. Plans are billed in advance and renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. We give at least 30 days' notice by email before a price increase.
- Changing plans. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
- Cancelling. Cancel anytime by emailing jon@thejonmartin.com (or in the app when that option is available). Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. We don't refund unused days.
- Where we sell. Not offered to businesses in the EU, EEA, UK, or elsewhere in Europe, the Middle East or Africa.
- HubSpot Marketplace. Prices on our HubSpot Marketplace listing match this page.
