Refund Policy
Last updated: October 15, 2026
This policy covers refunds for Portal Audit by TJM ("Portal Audit"). The seller is Jon Martin, a sole proprietor trading as TheJonMartin.
Contact: Jon Martin, sole proprietor trading as TheJonMartin, 819 E. Orange St., Lancaster, PA 17602. Email: jon@thejonmartin.com.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy also apply to the order.
Free audit
The free audit costs nothing. There is no charge to refund.
Monthly plans
Watch and Fix, when billed month to month, are not refundable. You can cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the current billing month, and the plan is not charged again after that.
Annual plans
Watch and Fix, when billed yearly, can be cancelled anytime. You receive a prorated refund for each full month not yet used. The refund is the annual price divided by 12, multiplied by the number of full months that have not started. The month in progress is not refunded. Access continues until the end of that month.
If we stop offering the Service
If we stop offering Portal Audit, we will email the contact on file at least 30 days before we stop, and we will refund unused prepaid time on a pro-rata basis. That refund can include a partial month.
How to ask for a refund
Email jon@thejonmartin.com or contact Paddle at paddle.net. Paddle issues an approved refund to the original payment method. A request sent to us is passed to Paddle.
A business that was charged sales tax or VAT it should not have paid can ask Paddle for a tax refund under Paddle's Buyer Terms. Contact Paddle within 60 days of the transaction and provide the tax registration Paddle asks for.
Nothing in this policy limits a statutory withdrawal or refund right that Paddle's Buyer Terms, or the law that applies to your order, already give you.
