How to read it

The short version (page 2) answers three questions: how healthy is the portal, what should I do first, and are we paying for seats nobody uses.
Findings each show the evidence we found and the fix we recommend. Nothing is flagged without evidence.
The improvement plan orders the work by impact and effort, so you can start on Monday.
Not assessed items are checks we could not run, for example because you unchecked an optional permission. They never count for or against your score.

What is real and what is not

The layout, the checks and the wording are the same as in a real report. The company, the people and every number are made up. No customer's data was used.
